Introduction   Shanghai Fushan Zheng Da Foreign Language Primary School was established in September, 2010. It was founded by Shanghai Fushan Educational, Cultural Communication and Management Consulting Center. The excellent Ms. Shi Huixin is our chief principal, who has much experience in educational management and broad educational vision. She attaches importance to educational creativity and wisdom, thus she has made great contributions to the educational development of Pu Dong New Area.   Here we have many supervisors and teachers with ambitions, thoughts, love and wisdom. We all have a common aim: establish a first-class school, offer high-quality education, create proper conditions and help every teacher and student realize their dreams. Teaching staff   Here we have young, professional, high-qualified and localized teaching staff. Middle-aged teachers under 45 account for 90%; intermediate grade teachers, 79%. The whole teaching staff keeps a good momentum of development. More than 60% teachers have been awarded many honors above the area level. 79% of the teachers have the local residence.   Our teachers love every student and offer timely help for the parents. They are the best friends during the children’s grown-up. We advocate humane care, attach great importance to interpersonal communication, regard understanding and respect as a starting point. We insist carrying out extensive and in-depth equal dialogue between the teachers and the students. We are making effects to combine the parents and us. We are willing to understand the parents’ needs and provide appropriate conditions for the growth of our children.   Our teachers are totally involved in their teaching career. • Cooperation


Cooperation   Cooperation between the school and parents will be further strengthened. A variety of platforms have been built for parents to actively participate in school management and students’ education activities. We are gradually forming a highly compact of home-school relationship. In this process, parents and we have reached a consensus on the educational philosophy and the formation of educating people together. The development of students has become our common goal, we will make efforts to keep the good momentum of joint education by parents and the school.   The Union of the School and Parents: All the parents have participated in the election of the union at both levels of the class and the school. Those who have been elected are responsible for communication with the school and the teachers about the teaching and education affairs.   Volunteer parents: volunteers participate actively in school management. They have made important contributions to ease traffic congestion in front of the school and arrange students' morning exercises.   Those parents who are expert in some fields often give lectures to the students to broaden students’ vision.   Parents and the school carry out real-time communication via the network. Furth more, they can communicate online with other parents and share experiences of educating their children.   Open day for the parents: On the 20th of each month, parents can come to the school to attend the classes with their children.   We invite parents to participate in group counseling. The experts or teachers will provide family education advice for parents.   We also invite parents to regularly get together because we will publish school information, promote the exchange of parents, share experiences and discuss education issues.   Our teachers often visit the students’ families to further promote exchanges and enhance trust.   Each semester, we will organize a survey to collect timely feedback from parents.

Innovation Experience Room   The smart home system consisting of the access control system, intelligent home appliances, digital library and multimedia facilities and equipment offers the children a new home experience, which helps them to understand science and technology power and stimulate their imagination and creativity. & TV studio It is equipped with live broadcast program recording, virtual program production, video post-production, sound recording, audio post-production and other functions. Combined with the construction, lighting, acoustics and other aspects of the system design layout, it can fully meet the requirements of a TV program and teaching. Demo recording and broadcasting room It is equipped with a digital broadcasting system and classroom teaching and other professional equipment to achieve full automatic recording of classroom teaching and learning process. Multi-fuctional hall It has a seating capability of 240 and it is equipped with theater-standard hardware, a quasi-professional level of sound and lighting. • 明责任 增荣誉 记一年级入团仪式


12月1日上午,福山正达外国语小学一年级小朋友在校艺体馆参加了“争做福山好苗苗”小红星儿童团入团仪式。     前期在小辅导员的帮助下,一年级的小朋友一起学习儿童团知识,了解“五爱”目标,人人争得苗苗章。仪式当天亮的《红星歌》中,新团员们手捧绿领巾,高唱着《共产儿童团团歌》,在戴上绿领巾的那一刻他们是那么的骄傲和自豪。一年级的新团员代表魏熙雨、顾闿、江涵、张家源、任隽宁、杨译涵代表新团员发言,他们希望自己能在老师和家长的呵护下茁壮成长,热爱生活,和小伙伴们成为相亲相爱的一家人,更能成为一名说到做到的好苗苗。他们齐声诉说着自己的心里话,同时也接受了师长们的祝福,立志要好好学习,准备加入少先队。最后,由大队辅导员林老师带领新儿童团团员呼号,“准备参加少先队”的呼声久久回荡……     整个入团仪式隆重而热烈,通过入团仪式,儿童团员们进一步明确了自己肩负的责任,增强了他们的光荣感,为加入少先队做好准备。(林莹珠)

• 脚踏实地 展望未来 从心出发 数学组教学展示


      “年年岁岁责任杯,岁岁年年背责任”,经过新一年的磨砺与成长,在“责任杯”教学设计大赛、板书设计竞赛等一系列准备活动之后,福山正达数学组于11月28日拉开了“责任杯”教学展示的帷幕。每年的“责任杯”主题各有不同,今年的“责任杯”更是别具特色:以团队展示的形式开展活动,磨练教师专业技能,提升学科核心竞争力。 数学组这次展示了三节课——《平行四边形》、《三角形的分类》和《5个3加3个3等于8个3》。由张爱军、张来文和崔倩倩代表高、中、低年级组进行教学展示。 低年级组秉承着“脚踏实地、以生为本”的理念且行且思,且思且行。在试教前,崔倩倩老师针对不同的班级做了学情分析和课前测试,根据实际情况对教案和课堂进行了调整。基于低年段学生特点,创设了“小狐狸开店招聘营业员”这样有趣的情境,引出如何快速清点物品数量的问题。整节课经历了“提出猜想—操作验证—探索结论”的完整探究过程,让学生充分地思起来、问起来、辩起来、动起来。 中年级组大胆地采用了不一样的教学策略——“创新思维、展望未来”,打造未来课堂。张来文老师充分利用学校微软教室的先进教学设施,发挥微软技术的作用,让其在《三角形分类》一课的课堂教学中发挥无可比拟的作用。课前微视频让学生自主搭建三角形;数据分析把课前问题收集到的数据图表化,了解学生真正想学的。练习实时反馈发现学生容易混淆的概念。教师由单纯的知识传授者转变为学生“信息内化”过程的指导者和促进者。 高年级组“突破自我、从心出发”。张爱军老师充分利用长方形透明色带,组织有效的学生活动探究平行四边形。关注对学生活动的细节刻画,通过动手实践、自主探索与合作交流等学习方式,让学生充分地表达自己的想法,努力创造条件让学生在动手操作中“做”数学,使学习数学的过程成为学生运用所学知识再创造的过程,让学生成为探索者、发现者。 课堂展示结束后,三个教研团队组长康逸芸、蒋嫣洁、宋单俊老师分别以不同的形式进行了精彩的说课,展示了团队独特的教学微故事。数学项目组长康逸芸老师——回顾了数学组在责任杯各项赛事中一路走来的点点滴滴:“按部就班”的进行教学基本功板书设计讲座和学习、“得寸进尺”后的数学教学板书评价方法、板书比赛中的“有板有眼”、教学设计大赛的“融会贯通”……一路行来,我们责任在心,行动在手,智慧向前。 本次展示活动有幸邀请到了浦东新区教研员黄建军老师,他就这三堂课做了精彩的点评,并对福山数学教研团队给予了高度的肯定,并认为教师给学生提供了开放的空间,让孩子充分体验思考、探究的过程。福山的教师很用心,福山的孩子也很了不起! “责任杯”展示的不是一节课,而是一个过程,一个极其深刻的过程。它虽然已暂告一个段落,但给我们留下了新的思考。在团队交流即将结束的时候,康老师对正达数学组的伙伴们提出了新的期望与要求:新教师们要过好教材关,成熟型教师要勇于突破自我,一起在关注细节中学会寻找差距,脚踏实地、展望未来、从心出发,在专业精神的感召下,在同伴情谊的凝聚下,责任在肩,携手前行!(崔倩倩)

• 手风琴奏响金奖 特长生赢得荣誉


      校手风琴队喜讯传来,我校三(4)班的 张墨非同学和四(2)班的陆晓天同学,在“2015年度华东.华南地区霍纳杯手风琴比赛”中获得“儿童B组一等奖”的好成绩。该项赛事是全国手风琴的专项重大赛事,由上海音乐家协会手风琴专业委员会主办,上海师范大学音乐学院等多家专业团体联合协办。 在这次比赛中,可谓是高手林立,评委严苛。张墨非和陆晓天同学分别演奏了《西班牙斗牛士》、《玫瑰人生》,他们俩凭借着多次的比赛和演出的经验,沉着应战,最终赢得比赛,荣获一等奖。     此外,通过学校“周周演活动”涌现出一批有艺术特长的学生,学校为他们提供了更广阔的舞台,推荐他们参加了“上海市浦东新区学生单项艺术比赛”,在各类比赛中获得了荣誉,他们是:   李安峻  荣获小学组声乐比赛金奖 张墨非  荣获小学组西洋乐比赛银奖 杨涵铭  荣获小学组声乐比赛银奖 张子墨  荣获小学组舞蹈比赛银奖 艾智歆  荣获小学组钢琴比赛铜奖 张乐枫  荣获小学组民乐弹拨类乐器比赛铜奖 柴  懿  荣获小学组舞蹈比赛铜奖

• 观摩入团式有感


  2014年12月1日,是一个特殊的日子,我们家的小福娃带上绿领巾了。     早上八点半,统一着装的一年级小朋友们在各自班主任老师的带领下,列队整齐,来到艺体馆参加“争做福山好苗苗”小红星儿童团入团仪式。强冷空气带来的寒冷,丝毫没有降低小朋友们的热情,因为今天她们都是这个舞台的主角。     艺体馆内,小朋友们个个难掩兴奋之情,翘首期盼被授予绿领巾的那一刻。伴随着“绿领巾之歌”的旋律响起,小团员们齐声高歌,爸爸妈妈们的相机纷纷记录下了这满脸的骄傲和自豪。     作为一旁观摩的家长,看到这个场景,不知不觉眼眶竟也开始湿润起来。     回想起这半年来,从参加面试的忐忑不安,到收到录取通知时的喜悦,从参加夏令营的兴奋,到每一天快乐的学习新的知识,孩子在成长,我们做家长的也在不断的学习中。     在福山正达的三个月,我们很欣慰的看到孩子们每一天的进步。在这里,她们更懂礼貌了,更知荣辱了,学会了关心别人,明白了什么是集体。     今天,她们迈出了新的一步,今后的路还很长,肯定会有很多的磕磕绊绊,但是我相信,在这样一个温暖的集体里,我们的小苗苗肯定能够茁壮成长。     期待她们加入少先队的那一天!

• 绿苗苗的崭新一天


     今天12月1日对于一年级福娃是个特别的日子,所有的小朋友们都要带上绿领巾了。尽管上海的气温断崖式地跌到了10度以下进入了寒冬,夏悦宁还是迫不及待早早起了床,以从未有过的速度穿衣洗漱吃早饭,心情满满的激动,说排练了一个多月的合唱和仪式,终于等到了这一天啦。带上了绿领巾,我就是正式的一名小学生。            虽然不能到现场见证这激动的一刻,从网络直播的照片中可以看到,仪式中每个孩子的神情严肃而激动,安静而专注。在戴上绿领巾的那一刻, 每个孩子的脸上都绽放出稍显害羞但更多是自豪的微笑, 像一朵朵含苞待放的小花儿甜美和可爱,想必每颗小小的内心中暗自在给自己定下更高的新目标。 无论是哪种思考哪些想法,都是成长过程中需要的动力和养分。       在孩子和大人的心目中, 绿领巾标志着孩子成长的一个里程碑,思想和言行举止和以前比较需要有更高的标准来要求自己,朝着少先队红领巾的方向努力前进。 绿领巾在风中轻轻飘扬着,像两朵绿叶在玩耍,小福娃们在新伙伴的陪伴和鼓励下无论在阳光还是在风雨中都将茁壮成长,祝福你们。

• 犹记当年入团时


    适逢今冬的第一波强冷空气来袭,我却在福山正达切切实实感受了一场暖意融融的儿童团入团仪式。     早晨,早早就来到校门口,虽是孩子戴绿领巾的日子,可是自己的心里却有着些许紧张、一点点期待和丝丝憧憬。艺体馆里,看着一张张七八岁泛着稚气的脸庞,谁说00后都是温室里的花朵,他们整齐划一地听着口令,站得笔直又整齐,望见自己的爸爸妈妈来观礼了,微微笑了下,又马上把视线调整到前方。自己的娃儿和其他孩子们的表现,都让我出乎意料,一群刚进校门三个月的孩子竟然可以如此听从指挥、严守纪律。     前几日家中整理杂物,偶得自己25年前加入儿童团时的小册子,当时的心情和场景记忆犹新,也是提前几日便开始天天练着嗓子唱“准备好了吗,时刻准备着”,也是兴奋地告诉爸爸妈妈“我马上要戴绿领巾啦”。今日,看到孩子们在队旗下庄严的敬礼,铿锵有力的宣誓,一切仿佛如昨。当孩子们戴上绿领巾,举起右手,露出神圣而欣喜的笑容,那一刻,自己的眼眶也湿润了,感叹时光芿苒,感慨父母对儿女的付出,可是,也真的真的从心底里为这群小苗苗们感到骄傲。他们与当年的我们一样稚气,一样认真,一样神圣,然而,他们也站在了比我们当年更高的台阶上。仅仅是三个月,孩子学会了守时、上学不迟到,知道了今年全球大学排名麻省理工是第一,了解了貂蝉吕布的故事,知道了光棍节的来历,也懂得了体恤妈妈照顾两个孩子的不易,晚饭时总为妈妈夹一筷子菜,相信这群00后的小苗苗一定会比爸爸妈妈们更好、更棒!     今天,作为一名福娃的妈妈,能够见证你们起航的这一刻深感荣幸,也祝愿你们远走越好,相信你们一定可以。
